In this post we will be talking about how we recreated the opening to the film Back to the Future.
During production of our re-make we had to find a way of
recreating the ‘Universal’ logo at the beginning of the scene. We found that by
using some animation software (Drawplus) we could recreate in the form of a
keyframe animation.
To make this we got each image off the internet and
edited it in Photoshop, this got rid of the white background. We then imported
the edited pictures into Drawplus and made the animation using a method called
‘Tweening’.
The finished Universal logo is shown below.
